Dear Steve, I am writing this note to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to you for exceptional diligence, commitment, and understanding during the frequent, but unexpected, dental procedures performed this past year. I was so impressed with the patient and compassionate care that you and your staff extended to me, always making me feel re-assured that you would be available if necessary, thus lessening my discomfort and anxiety considerably. It continues to make such a difference. Again, thank you. Myra F |

Dear Dr Adlow and Staff,
For over 20 years I have been treated by Dr Adlow for my dental care. Most if not all of the procedures have been for typical tooth ,and gum issues we all have as we age. The care and concern provided by this office has been excellent. From explaining what procedures need to be done, making appointments, and follow ups have made the experience hassle free.
In the past two years I have needed both implants and cosmetic treatment. Not having been through this before I was somewhat concerned about the results ,possible discomfort ,and time this process would take. Now that I have completed the necessary work I want to share my feelings with your entire office. The coordination between the two doctors offices handled by you and the office was wonderful and expedient .There was little or no pain, and having all aspects of the work explained and detailed by Dr Adlow was outstanding and helped me really understand the need. The final results have exceeded all of my expectations. Being in my mid sixty’s I have noticed many people who have had frontal work done that look like they came out of a photo studio with perfect teeth that do not look natural. My results look both natural and I continue to receive complements on my smile, attitude and overall appearance. I just wanted to extend my sincere thank you to Dr Adlow , Zoe, Susan, Mary, Jill and the entire staff.
Sincerely
Richard L

Dear Dr. Adlow, I must say you are the most caring and understanding dentist I ever encountered. You gave me back my life this morning. Most Dentist would never take the time and give the honest care you gave to me. This was a first time at your office and I felt like I was home. Your staff is fabulous and as considerate as you. I may be late in my life, but by far you are the only dental professional I will ever use again. No one else will be allowed to treat my mouth unless you are the one doing the recommendation. All my best, Lewis B |

Dear Steven Adlow, Words cannot express the tremendous heartfelt appreciation I have for your thoughtfulness and help in so many areas. Your discounts, your taxi services and now this grand surprise of a referral reward of not paying for this visits cleaning. This all comes at a time in my life when these happenings are a great help. I have never forgotten years ago when on a Saturday night I cracked a tooth on a hard niblet of popcorn and at your suggestion you came into your office on Sunday to fix the tooth. You are a very special human being! Thank you, thank you, thank you. With love, Shirley |
Dear Dr. Adlow,
I just wanted to say thank you for being so kind to me yesterday. After seven years nothing has changed. Your staff is wonderful and you are the most gentle thoughtful dentist in the world. I promise never to let so much time go by without coming in again.
Love,
Amy S

Dear Steve,
I want to thank you for taking care of me last week. You did a terrific job- I'm pain free! Again many thanks, Shirley Dear Dr Adlow and Staff,
I have never been to a more clean, professional amazing dental office in my life. From my first walk through the door, I was blown away by the waiting area which made me feel at home and relaxed. I was greeted by the secretary who offered me bottled water and/or a cup of coffee while I wait. I was a bit nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Adlow took those fears away instantly. His assistant Zoey made me feel relaxed and comfortable chatting with me until they were ready. I was done before I could even blink. I would like to thank the entire staff at Dr. Adlow's office. You guys were amazing. I have already referred my friends and family. Sincerely, Marcia C. Dear Dr. Adlow, Mary, Zoey, and Staff:
Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful and caring job you have done for my mother, Rosa S. Thank you for understanding her fears and anxiety and treating her so kindly. She was very nervous at first, but you and your warm staff made her feel so comfortable. She will never forget how you were kissing her head and her hand! She has nothing but wonderful accolades to say about how great and understanding you all have been to her. I also must thank you, Dr Adlow especially, and your staff for calling me and throughly explaining the procedure time and time again. This gave me the opportunity to relay everything to my mother. It also made me feel better and prepared. As I would explain things to her she’d say, “I know, Dr Adlow told me, I was listening!” That’s my mom, she never misses anything. As an 89 year old on November 11, all of her mind is functioning very well! Once again, I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness, support and fantastic dental treatment for my mom. Fondly, Evelyn S |
Dear Dr Adlow and Staff, There are no words that will accurately express my feelings of gratitude for all that you, Mary, Susan and Zoey have done for me, in so many and distinct ways; the many considerations from you all; the gentleness of care, for this particularly "delicate patient"! What would do without you? I don't know. I just hope we can all grow old together... Love, Vilma B Dear Steve,
Just a few words to thank you for your patience and kindness. You don’t give up until you get everything just right, comfortable and perfect. Jill, Susan, Zoey and Mary make everything so pleasant. Many thanks. Love, Paula Dear Steve,
After visiting with my daughter, Mindy and seeing the outstanding work you did on her teeth, I was not surprised because my experience with you over so many years was fabulous and I knew you would continue to work wonders. Not only was the end result of your work beyond words, but the care and consideration you gave Mindy during the procedures was something she will always remember. Thank you, Norman W. To Whom It May Concern:
I, as well as many members of my family, am a long time patient of Dr. Steven Adlow. I would not dream of going anywhere else for dentistry because of the very high esteem that I have for Dr. Adlow and his staff. My care has always been superb. Dentistry at this office is marked by the intelligence, compassion, skill and warmth displayed by all who work there. I have total confidence in him,and this has been confirmed by the quality of his work. I am especially grateful for the obvious affection that Dr. Adlow displayed toward my parents, and the care that he provided for them. Sincerely, Steven S. |
Dear Dr. Adlow,
I know I’m in good hands when I recline on Dr. Adlow’s dental chair. No, not “All State, “ the advertising slogan of yesteryear. The purpose of this note goes a bit deeper.
I thanked you personally last Thursday after you replaced the cap on the left upper gum, and on the right upper gum where you placed the ceramic cap, after the preparatory steps necessary for the comfort fit and optimal appearance to satisfy both of us. I understand their fragility and for me to exercise a light careful touch to assure their longevity as long as possible. I hope to be mindful of this and not aggravate the tooth police who’ll make life difficult for me.
So, Doctor Adlow, please accept my sincere appreciation for the best dental care possible regarding this challenge to do what’s best for the patient in the strategic and conscientious manner that years of experience, knowledge and integrity have taken you.
I don’t know what to say. It’s not easy to find the words to tell you in simple words how much I appreciate your generosity. Thank you, Dr. Adlow for being the “Mensch,” the generous man that befits you.
I wish you and your family a very happy New Year of Rosh Hashonah, coming up on September 17, and 18, and a meaningful Yom Kippur. May the New Year bring you blessings of good health, happiness, love, peace, and prosperity.
Also, my best wishes upon the marriage of your daughter and new son-in-law.
Kindest regards,
Carolyn O.

Dear Dr. Adlow and Office People,
You are just such a bunch of great competent, understanding group. I feel so welcomed at your office – at such short notice. “Thank you”- I love you all! Viola E |
Dear Steven,
I hope you don’t mind the familiarity, but we do know each other for over 30 years. I want to thank you, again, for doing the extractions. I wouldn’t have gone to anyone. I would have left it alone. I also want to thank you for all the kindness you have shown me over the years. You are a real “Mensch”! Love, Nina |
Dear Dr. Adlow,
Just a quick note to let you know how touched I was by your generosity and graciousness in opening your office during your vacation to remedy my dental emergency. Thank you and congrats on your daughters upcoming nuptials. Warm regards, Nancy |
